Special mention goes to Hidrorion, as he is almost identical to Flasherion, but both have an advantage against each other. Earth or Metal Attackers, like Vrak Shriker (who might struggle due to being half Dark) or Boulderar, prove to be a difficult thing for him to handle sufficiently, causing Flasherion here some.

Love Struck (AoE 35 Thunder dmg + Electrified, 0s, 2 CD). Viktor's Thunder (65 Thunder dmg + Shock + Electrified, 45s, 3 CD). Heart Repaired (40 Light dmg + Sunburn + 20% Self Heal, 36s, 1 CD). Ingenica's Reparation / Viktor or Ingenica (Reparation for Self 30% Heal + CDDA, 56s, 1 CD) / (Viktor for 35 Light dmg + Sunburn, 30s, 0 CD). Recommended Moveset Robots Movie Extra. Access to Thunder damaging skills as a Light monster. Access to 3 Tortures in Shock, Electrified, and Sunburn. Since Flasherion is a Light element monster, he can be used as a solid Uriel counter-pick for Light Wars. Despite those flaws, he's still fairly solid if you want to have an Artifact Attacker who's capable of blocking the dangerous Uriel the Divine's resurrection skills, so feel free to get him and give him a spin in PvP and Wars. His skills also aren't quite as high damage as his Artifact Attacker predecessor Hidrorion Flasherion here being able to reach a max of Single 65 and AoE 35 over Hidro's Single 70 and AoE 45. However, on the whole his movepool is rather bland and he has a hard time dealing with Dodge Area due to over half of his moves being AoE. He also has access to CDDA, restoring all of his high cooldowns like his 3-turn Viktor's Thunder, and he has a little bit of Self Sustain with a couple healing skills here and there. 
His trait also counters resurrectors like Uriel the Divine, who is very prevalent in the meta and he can't be denied with his Artifact trait, which is a cherry on top. His stats are really good, especially his Power. Say hello to the Blossom Era Cruelectrek, an Artifact + Resurrection Block Light Attacker that can pack a punch using both Light and Thunder skills, alongside doing some extra DoT damage with 3 tortures: Electrified, Shock, and Sunburn.
